Construction of Mobile Health Service Detachment in Military Hospital under New Circumstance

加强机动卫勤分队能力建设是锻造打仗型医院的重要抓手。本文紧密联系该院机动卫勤分队建设的具体实践,总结概括树立打仗型强院目标、强化指挥员能力素质培养、加大长途机动和野外生存训练、发挥信息化的倍增效应、建立健全激励机制等主要做法和成效,并对机动卫勤分队建设中遇到的问题提出相应建议。

To strengthen the construction of mobile medical team ability is one of the important gripper type forging war hospital. Based on the concrete practical operation, the authors analyzed the main experiences which military hospital should lesson in developing military mobile health service detachment, including setting up the war hospital target, strengthening the commander ability, long - distance motor and field survival training, utilizing the multiplier effect of informatization and establishing incentive mechanism. Some suggestions are proposed to solve the problems in the construction of military mobile health service detachment.
