摘要
在山羊胚胎移植手术中,使用静松灵麻醉剂及地西泮,使山羊很快进入深麻状态,术后很快苏醒。减量使用静松灵0.4 mg/kg,可以满足胚胎移植手术的需要,同时静脉注射地西泮1 mL/只,可以缩短麻醉的诱导期和苏醒期,诱导期平均0.7 min。
In goat embryo transplant operations, xylidinothiazoline combine intravenous diazepam made goats quickly into deep anesthesia and soon revived after operation. The results showed that using xylidinothiazoline 0.4mg/kg could satisfy the need for embryo transfer operation, and combined with intravenous injection of diazepam 1 mL could shorten the induction period ,an average of 0.7 minutes, and the recovery period of anesthesia.
