摘要
为方便莪术油在兽医临床上的使用,本试验采用正交设计筛选最佳包合工艺,研制出莪术油-β-环糊精包合物,并对包合物进行了稳定性研究。莪术油最佳包合工艺条件为75℃、搅拌1 h,莪术油:β-环糊精为1:8;包合物中吉马酮的含量为2.18±0.11%。高温、高湿可轻微影响包合物的稳定性,强光对包合物的稳定性影响不明显。室温储存6个月,包合物性状和含量均无显著变化。建议莪术油-β-环糊精包合物应在室温、干燥、避光的密闭容器中储存。
In order to use rhizoma curcumae oil Conveniently in veterinary clinic, the inclusion complex of rhizoma curcumae oil was investigated by the orthogonal experimental design, and the stability of the inclusion complex was evaluated under different conditions. The results showed that the content ofgermacrone was 2.18± 0.11% under optimized stir conditions of 75℃, 1.5 h and material ratio 1:8 ofrhizoma curcumae oil to β-cyclodextrin. High temperature and high humidity could slightly affect the stability of the inclusion complex, but strong light did not influence its stability. Stored six month at room temperature did not affect the amount and property of the inclusion complex. The inclusion complex was suggested to be preserved in dry container at controlled room 'temperature without strong light.
