热休克蛋白在肿瘤防治中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 热休克蛋白(heat shock proteins,HSPs)是热应激时机体所表现出以防御性为特征的新合成或合成增多的一组蛋白,具有"分子伴侣"和热防御功能,参与调节细胞凋亡和抗氧化等作用,与肿瘤的关系十分密切。本文就HSPs在肿瘤防治中的作用进行综述。
