摘要
针对土压平衡盾构在成都地铁4号线一期工程4标区间砂卵石地层条件下掘进的施工特点,根据工程施工经验和相关研究材料,从掘进速度、推力、刀盘扭矩、出渣量、同步注浆及土仓压力控制等方面,详细分析盾构关键掘进参数协调控制技术和相关注意事项,以实现掌子面的稳定和盾构安全、高效掘进。从施工难点、故障原因及应对措施等方面,对施工过程中遇到的管片整环旋转、小半径曲线段掘进、滞后沉降等施工难题进行分析和解决,从而更好地控制整个工程质量。
Located in gravel strata, the fourth bid section of Phase I project of Line 4 of Chengdu Metro is built by an EPB shield. In the paper, the harmonized control of the key boring parameters is analyzed in terms of advance speed, thrust, cutterhead torque, muck releasing quantity, simultaneous grouting and excavation chamber pressure, so as to en- sure the stability of the tunnel face and to ensure safe and efficient boring. The causes for the difficulties encountered in tunneling, including rotation of segment rings, boring along small-radius curves and delayed settlement, are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed, so as to ensure good works quality.
