摘要
采用无钯活化法在经过粗化的芳纶织物上化学镀镍以制备一种高性能的导电织物。分析了芳纶粗化前后的表面形貌和润湿性能,考察了化学镀镍时间对镍沉积速率和镀层沉积量、表面形貌、化学成分、热重损失、导电性的影响。结果表明,经过粗化处理后的芳纶纤维增加了亲水性和活性。化学镀后镀层以镍为主,质量分数为94.32%,有少量的磷共存;随镀镍时间的延长,镀镍速率、沉积量和镍颗粒尺寸逐渐增加,然而芳纶织物的电阻率和热重损失减小。当镀镍30 min后,芳纶织物的电阻率达47.36×10–3?·cm。
Nickel was deposited on Kevlar fabric without conventional PdCI2 activator by electroless plating in order to obtain conductive fabric. Surface morphology and hydrophilic properties of Kevlar fabric before and after being roughed were investigated. Effects of deposition time on deposit weight, surface morphology, chemical composition, conductivity and thermal decomposition properties of the nickel coated Kevlar fabric were studied. Results show that surface activity and hydrophilic properties are improved. The deposit contains 94.32% (mass fraction) of nickel and the rest of phosphor. Deposit weight and particle size of nickel layers on Kevlar fabric increase with the rise of deposition time 'of nickel plating. However, electrical resistance decreases and the resistance of the nickel plated Kevlar fabric arrives at 47.36×10-3Ω·cm for the deposition time of 30 min. In addition, thermal properties of Kevlar fabric are improved after nickel plating.
