摘要 有源矩阵液晶显示器(AM-LCD)对液晶性能有严格的要求,这极大地促进了含氟液晶的发展。本文综述了近年来含氟液晶材料的开发、合成与应用进展,重点介绍了氟原子引入母体分子中不同位置对液晶化合物性能的影响以及相应的合成方法。文中结合液晶材料的相变温度、介电各向异性、双折射和黏度等数据,说明氟取代液晶分子中的关键位置,对液晶性能具有明显改善。重点介绍了末端氟取代液晶、苯环侧向氟取代液晶和中心桥键氟取代液晶的合成方法。 Active matrix liquid crystal display (AM-LCD) has strict requirements on the liquid crystal properties, which greatly promoted the development of fluorinated liquid crystals. This paper reviews the progress in synthesis and application of fluorine containing liquid crystal materials in recent years, and focuses on the effects of different location of fluorine atom on the performance of the parent mole- cule in liquid crystal compound and the corresponding synthesis method. In combination with the liquid crystal phase transition temperature, dielectric anisotropy, birefringence and viscosity data, the key position of fluorine substituted in liquid crystal molecules were illustrated. It can significantly improve the performance of liquid crystal. The paper introduced the synthetic methods about terminal group fluorinated liquid crystals, benzene laterally fluorinated liquid crystals and the central bridge bond fluorinated liquid crystals.
