我国秘书的历史可以上溯到黄帝时代的史官,历经发展演变逐渐成为一种固定的职业。无论在任何朝代,秘书从业者都是古代文人中的一份子,其文化背景、心理态势、思维方式都深受中国传统文化的影响。本文从中国传统文化的角度出发,探究中国传统文化对秘书群体的影响,进一步指出现代秘书从业人员只有从传统文化中去其糟粕取其精华,继承创新,才能成为适应现代社会需求的秘书人才。

Secretary in China＇s history can be traced back to the official historian of yellow emperor times, after development, it has gradually become a fixed occupation. No matter what dynasty, the secretary practitioners are a part of the ancient literati, their cuhural backgrounds, psychological states, ways of thinking are deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture. This article attempts from the perspective of Chinese traditional culture, explores influence on secretary group, further points out modem secretary practitioners need to inherit and innovate, only by this way, they can be secretary tal- ents adapting for modem society.
