人口较少民族地区经济社会发展调研报告——以云南省德宏州陇川县为例

Research Report on Less Populated National Economic and Social Development:A Case Study of Longchuan County in Yunnan Dehong

目前我国人口较少民族有28个,云南省占有8个。其中,阿昌族、景颇族和德昂族聚集在云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州陇川县。由于自然环境和历史条件等多方面的制约,陇川县人口较少民族的发展比较滞后。民族地区全面建设小康社会、推进跨越式发展和长治久安已成为国家"十二五"规划的重中之重。以德宏州陇川县地区的阿昌族、景颇族为例,全面分析人口较少民族地区的经济社会发展情况,结合实际,探讨该地区的发展经验和问题,提出经济社会跨越式发展的相关对策。

Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture. Less populated nation in Longchuan lags behind with the development of the country because of restriction of natural environment and historical conditions. Building a well-off society in an all-round way in minority areas, promoting leapfrog development and long period of stability are very important in ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂. Therefore, this paper takes Achang and Jingpo nationality in Dehong Longchuan area for example, analyzes comprehensively eco- nomical and social development conditions of ethnic group areas with small populations, combing with practice, exploring development experiences and existing problems, at last, puts forward relative coun- termeasures.
