铝胺强抑制润滑防塌钻井液在胜利油田非常规区块的应用

The Application of Almminium and Amine Drilling Fluid with High Inhibition,Lubrication and Anti-Caving Ability in Unconventional Block of Shengli Oilfield

胜利油田非常规油气资源丰富,设计采用长水平段水平井进行开发。长水平段水平井施工过程中,井壁稳定、井眼净化及润滑防卡问题突出,钻井液施工难度大。通过钻井液处理剂优选,研发了铝胺强抑制润滑防塌钻井液,并在胜利油田多个非常规区块进行了应用,取得了良好的应用效果,解决了长水平段钻探过程中井壁稳定、井眼净化及润滑防卡的难题,机械钻速有明显提高。

Resource of unconventional oil and gas was abundant and horizontal well with long horizontal interval was drilled to develop .Dur-ing the drilling ,the problems of wellbore stability ,hole-cleaning and lubricating to anti-sticking were noticeable so the technology diffi-culty of drilling fluid was great .By drilling fluid agent selected preference ,aluminium and amine drilling fluid with high inhibition ,lubrica-tion and anti-caving ability was developed .The drilling fluid was applied in many unconventional blocks ,with very good effect .Those problems were solved and ROP was heightened evidently .
