物流园区规划的SWOT分析——以泉州为例

The SWOT Study of Logistics Park Planning and its Development in Quanzhou

物流园区的规划和建设是发展现代物流业的基础工作,对地区经济社会发展、城市功能整合、产业升级等有重要意义。文章以民营经济重镇泉州为例,在对泉州物流园区规划的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等发展环境分析的基础上,结合城市经济发展的实际和现代物流的规划理念,提出进一步完善物流园区的策略。

Logistics park planning and construction is the foundation of the development of modern logistics industry .It’s really of great sig-nificance for the region’ s economic and social development , urban function integration , industrial upgrading , etc . This paper takes Quanzhou as an example ,based on the development environment of Logistics Park planning ,and analyzes its strengths ,weaknesses ,oppor-tunities and challenges .Combining the actual conditions of city’s economic development and the planning concept of modern logistics ,some strategies to further improve the logistics park are put forward .
