The current advances in theory and technique of seedling culture in China were summed up from the aspects of culture of bare rooted seedling,container seedling and vegetative propagation,the application of biological agents and rare earth in seedling culture,as well as the techniques of seedling quality appraising and seedling vigor conservation.
