摘要
选用锦带花种子为试验材料,在变温条件（18 ～25℃）下将锦花带种子分别置于细砂、滤纸、纱布三种不同基质的发芽床上,调整好温度和水分,统计发芽种子数量,计算发芽势和发芽率,每天重复4次.试验结果表明：发芽床为滤纸的种子的发芽势和发芽率最高,分别为62.75％和98.75％.
