摘要
针对我国林产工业企业在经济体制改革过程中遇到的障碍 ,对组织创新过程中涉及到的内外部影响因素、创新的阻力和动力。
In view of the obstacles existed in the process of reforming the economic system of forest product industrial enterprises,the factors affecting the innovation, the motive and resistance power,the process of innovation and various innovation methods aiming at different enterprises were analyzed and studied.
