复合微生态制剂与黄芪多糖对肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群和免疫功能的影响 被引量:23

摘要 试验旨在探讨复合微生态制剂和黄芪多糖对肉鸡生长性能、肠道菌群和免疫功能的影响。将400只1日龄雌性肉鸡随机分为4组(每组4个重复,每个重复25只)。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,在基础饲粮中分别添加0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的复合微生态制剂和2.5%的黄芪多糖。结果表明:①试验期间,Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);②14日龄和28日龄时,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉鸡盲肠乳酸菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);③14、28、42日龄时,Ⅲ组肉鸡脾脏、法氏囊和胸腺指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);④试验全程,Ⅲ组肉鸡新城疫抗体效价最高,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可知,0.2%复合微生态制剂和2.5%的黄芪多糖能提高肉鸡的生长性能,改善其肠道微生态环境,增强肉鸡免疫功能。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound probiotics on the growth performance, intestinal microflora and immune function of broilers. Four hundred one-day-old female broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 25 chickens per replicate. The chickens in the control group (group Ⅰ ) were fed a basal diet, and groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed the bisal diet supplemented with 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% compound probiotics and 2.5% astragalus polysaccharide respectively. The results showed as follows: ①during the experi- ment, compared with the control group, the average daily gain of broilers in group Ⅲ was significantly higher (P〈0.05), and feed/gain (F/G) was significantly lower (P〈0.05);②The number of cecal Lactic ac- id bacteria of broilers aged 14 and 28 days in groups Ⅱ andⅢ were significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05), the number of cecal E. Coil of broilers in groupsⅡ and Ⅲ was significant- ly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05);③The spleen index, bursa of fabricius index and thy- mus index of broilers aged 14, 28 and 42 days in groups Ⅲwere significantly higer than that in the control group (P〈0.05);④During the whole experiment, the anti-body titer in group Ⅲ was the higest, and significantly higer than that in the control group (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the supplementation of 0.2% compound probiotics and 2.5% astragalus polysaccharide can improve the growth performance, gain a better cecal micro-ecosystem, and enhance the immune function of broilers.
