安徽省高校大学生职业生涯规划教育探究——基于安徽蚌埠三所高校的实证研究

Study of Career Planning Education for College students in Universities Anhui Province

合理地进行职业生涯规划设计成为高校大学生化解就业压力的重要途径之一,然而我国高校大学生职业生涯规划教育现状却并不乐观。通过对安徽蚌埠三所高校大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状进行抽样调查,发现大学生职业生涯规划教育存在意识性弱、普及面窄和针对性差等问题。针对存在的问题,进行了构思,试图找到完善大学生职业生涯规划教育的有效途径。

Reasonable career planning has become one of the important ways to resolve the employment pressure of college students.However, the situation of university students ’ career planning is not optimistic in our country .Based on an empirical study of three universities in Bengbu , we find that students ’ consciousness about the career planning education is weak .In view of the existing problems , this paper tries to find some effective ways to improve the career planning education for college students .
