On the Causes and Controlling Methods of the Wall Spalling

建筑墙体裂缝造成的剥落现象是建筑工程中最常见的质量通病。墙体剥落现象的发生,对建筑物的美观产生影响,严重时也直接导致建筑的安全隐患的发生,同时也极大地影响整个建筑的结构承载力和使用年限。从三个方面总结了建筑物墙体剥落产生的原因,并有针对性地提出控制墙体裂缝的产生以及控制墙体剥落的施工措施。

With the rapid development of building engineering in recent years , the wall spalling caused by the exfoliation is found in the construction of engineering .Wall spalling has influenced not only the appearance of the building which is a direct result of the occurrence of construction , but greatly affected the bearing capacity and service life of the structure of the whole building . This paper sums up the causes of the building wall spalling from three aspects and put forward some measures to control the wall spalling in the buildings .
