Due to slow speed and high error rate , manual transcription is not suitable for fast -paced work .Bill printing with computer and stylus printer is now replacing the manual transcription .Owing to various kinds and unfixed format of bills , there is not still a software to print all bills .A suitable application software is supposed to be developed .
