摘要
个体的求职过程是其将人力资本转化为经济资本的过程。由于我国社会关系本位的特殊性,个体在求职过程中不可避免地会使用社会关系网络。近年来,个体的社会关系网络在求职过程中越来越发挥着不可替代的作用。综合以往学者研究的结果,运用边燕杰教授2009年组织的"城市居民社会网络与职业经历问卷调查"数据,我们试图分析个体社会关系网络对其求职的影响,从而在一定程度上加深对个体求职网的把握与分析。
It is argued that the individual ’ s social network have played a more and more irreplaceable role in the process of job hunting , contrasted with the normal market channels ,.With the various research findings and the data from the “urban residents ’ social network and professional experience” collected by Professor BianYanjie , the paper analyzed the impact of the individual social networks on the job hunting , which to a certain extent , deepens our understanding of the network .of individual job hunting .
