On Particularity of Moral Education of Colleges and Universities Run by Local Government in Ethnic Regions

加强德育是民族地方院校工作的一项重要内容,德育工作做得好不好,将直接关系到民族地方院校人才培养质量和社会信誉度,甚至关系到民族地方经济社会的发展,因此,梳理民族地方院校道德教育工作的特殊性就显得尤为重要了。道德教育工作中,应该注重民族地方院校德育内容的选择,尊重不同民族学生道德诉求,注重民族地方道德文化资源的开发利用。

Strengthening the moral education is an important routine work for colleges and universities run by the local govern -ments in the ethnic minority regions , it is directly related to the training quality and credibility of personnel , and even the economic and social development in the ethnic minority regions .The paper analyzed the particularity of moral education for those colleges and universities run by the local governments .It proposed that we should pay more attention to the choice of the contents of moral educa -tion, respect the different moral appeal of college students , and utilize the local resources of moral culture .
