威派在冠脉介入术后股动脉穿刺点止血疗效的观察

The effect of V-Pad after percutaneous coronary intervention by femoral artery

目的观察威派止血贴在经股动脉途径冠状动脉介入手术中的止血效果。方法 48例患者平均分成止血贴组24例,对照组24例。观察2组患者在有效止血的按压时间、迷走神经反射发生率等方面的差异。结果止血贴组有效止血的按压时间明显短于对照组,迷走神经反射发生率也低于对照组。结论威派止血贴能明显缩短股动脉途径冠状动脉介入术后的止血按压时间,并减少迷走神经反射的发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of V-Pad after percutaneous coronary intervention by femoral artery. Methods 48 pts were divided into V-Pad-group and control-group medially. Observe the time from withdrawing catheter to stop bleeding and the ratio of vagus reflex. Results the time is much more shorter in V-Pad-group than that in control-group;The ratio is lower in V-Pad-group than that in control-group. Conclusion V-Pad can shorten the time from withdrawing catheter to stop bleeding obviously,and lessen the ratio of vagus reflex.
