老年人大肠癌手术的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of colorectal surgery in the elderly

目的探讨老年人大肠癌手术的疗效。方法对我院33例老年大肠癌患者的临床资料进行分析。结果本组患者1,3,5,10年生存率分别为84.8%,63.6%,33.3%和24.2%。现存活8例,死亡25例,复发和转移死亡占80%。结论老年人大肠癌多有伴发疾病,手术前认真进行评估和处理,正确选择手术时机和采取合理的手术方式能获得良好的预后,其主要死因是复发和转移。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the old people over 60 large intestine cancer operation. Methods The hospital clinical data of 33 cases of colorectal cancer in the elderly over 60 and treatment results were analyzed. Results 1,3,5,10 years of survival rate of 84.8%,63.6%,84.8% and 63.6% respectively. Existing live 8 cases,25 cases of death. Recurrence and metastasis of death （80%）.Conclusion Colorectal cancer in the elderly with co morbid disease,to evaluate carefully before operation and treatment,correct selection of surgical timing and take reasonable operation method can achieve good prognosis. The main cause of death is the recurrence and metastasis.
