摘要
综述了光谱方法在农药与DNA相互作用研究中的应用,重点介绍了紫外光谱法、荧光光谱法、圆二色光谱法、红外光谱法、共振光散射和拉曼光谱法等的原理和应用。光谱法不但是研究农药与DNA相互作用的有效工具,同时也可以加强对农药的遗传毒性分子机理的理解。
Analyzing the interaction of DNA and pesticides with spectrometry including ultravioletvisible absorption spec troscopy, fluorescent spectroscopy, circular dichroism spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, resonance light scattering spec troscopy and Raman spectroscopy was reviewed. Results showed that spectroscopy was highly effective and powerful for studing the interaction of DNA and pesticides, and would promote understanding molecular mechanisms of the genotoxicity of pesti cides.
