两种不同形态猪苓菌核液体发酵生产胞外多糖的分析

摘要 对2种不同形态猪苓(Polyporus umbellatus)菌核液体发酵生产胞外多糖进行了研究.结果表明,猪苓菌核液体发酵生产胞外多糖的发酵条件是温度28℃,pH 4.8~5.5,振荡速度110 r/min,通气量4L/min,罐压0.090 0 MPa,发酵7d,每12h取样测其胞外多糖的含量,在72 h和60h时猪苓(FrCM2)和猪苓(FrCM3)液体发酵产胞外多糖的含量分别为1.783和0.044 mg/mL,猪苓(FrCM2)液体发酵产胞外多糖含量明显高于猪苓(FrCM3). The exopolysaccharide of two Polyporus umbellatus by liquid fermentation was analyzed. The results showed when fermented 7 d under 28 ℃ and pH 4.8-5.5 with rotational speed 110 r/min, ventilation quantity 4 L/min and pot press 0.0900 MPa, the exopolysaccharide content of P. umbellatus(FrCM2) and P. umbellatus(FrCMz) reached peak at 72 h and 60 h, and the contents were o 1.783 mg/mL and 0.044 mg/mL respectively. It indicated that the contents of exopolysaccharide of P.umbellatus(FrCM2) were significantly higher than that of P.s umbellatus(FrCM2).
