摘要 分析了海参制品质量追溯的关键信息,并给出海参制品供应链中养殖企业、加工企业和销售企业所需追溯的关键信息。选用Windows SQL Server 2005服务器端操作系统和Microsoft Visual Studio2005开发工具,采用条码和RFID标签技术为载体的海参制品批次标识,基于.NET架构运用C#语言开发了可追溯系统与平台,应用于海参制品质量安全的可追溯。 The crucial information of traceability system of sea cucumber products was analyzed, and the crucial information of the supply chain including fanning enterprises, processing enterprises and sales enterprises was listed. With the database management system of Windows SQL Server 2005 and the environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, a traceability system was developed with the language of C# and based on the .NET framework and applied in the tracing of the sea cucumber products with the support of Barcode and RFID tag technology.
