摘要
以葡萄种间杂交组合 90 3(毛葡萄商 - 2 4×欧洲葡萄龙眼 )的F1群体为试材 ,运用RAPD技术 ,采用集群分离分析 (BulkedSegregantAnalysis ,BSA)方法进行中国野生葡萄抗黑痘病基因连锁的分子标记研究 ,获得了与抗病基因相连锁的RAPD标记OPV0 2 6 0 0 。
Randomly amplified polymorphic DNAs(RAPD)was employed to detect molecular markers linked to anthracnose( Spheceloma ampelinum de Bary)resistant gene in the wild grapes( Vitis L.)native to china.RAPD marker OPV02 600 was linked to anthracnose resistant gene using F 1 population of V.quinquangularis Rehd(Shang 24)× V.vinifera( Longyan).The marker was varified in progenies of the above F 1.This has provided a DNA evidence for molecular marker assisted selection(MAS),disease resistant genes and cloning of disease resistant genes,and transferring them into grape cultivars.
