摘要
在数字显微全息中,引入显微物镜之后,物体通过显微镜后所成像的位置难以确定,CCD接收到的图像的放大倍数并不是显微镜标示的放大倍数而是一不确定值,并且CCD离物体所成像的距离太近不能重建出清晰的图像。针对这些问题,提出当物体放置位置固定时,讨论在能重建出清晰图像的前提下,CCD与像之间满足的关系;CCD的放置位置固定时,给出物体的放置位置与CCD位置之间的关系。实验结果表明:经过透镜组之后,CCD放置在通过算法算出的距离之内时,能重现出清晰的全息图,当不满足物体与CCD之间的关系时,重现图质量较差。
After microscope is introduced in digital holographic microscopy, the position of image and amplification factor which is labeled on the microscope are uncertain. And the image can not be reconstructed clearly if the distance between image and CCD is too close. In order to get clear reconstruction image , a positional algorithm is present to calculate the appropriate distance between CCD and image when the object location is fixed ,or distance between CCD and object when the CCD location is fixed .The experi-mental results show that the holography recorded by CCD which is placed on the distance obtained by the algorithm can be recon-structed clearly , and the reconstruction image is ambiguous if the positional relationship between the object and the CCD can not be satisfied.
