应用锥形束CT研究上颌阻生尖牙不同牵引方式前后牙根的吸收 被引量:3

摘要 目的:应用锥形束CT研究上颌埋伏阻生尖牙在两种牵引方式矫治前后牙根长度的变化量,为口腔正畸临床选择牵引上颌阻生尖牙的开窗方法提供参考。方法选取29例上颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者,分成2组,行口腔颌面外科开窗,一组18例患者共18颗上颌埋伏阻生尖牙采用开放式开窗进行开放式牵引,另一组11例患者共14颗上颌阻生尖牙采用闭合式开窗进行闭合式牵引,所有患者均采用相同的直丝弓矫治器进行相同的正畸治疗,对牵引前后上颌阻生尖牙及上颌对侧尖牙牙根长度的变化进行CBCT分析,采用SPSS16.0软件对测量数据进行配对T检验。结果:开放式牵引组和闭合式牵引组的上颌阻生尖牙以及对照侧尖牙矫治前后均有轻度的牙根吸收,但是差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)结论:上颌阻生尖牙采用开放式牵引和闭合式牵引后牙根均有不明显的吸收。 Objective Applying cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)to measure the root length of the impacted maxillary canines treated with closed eruption versus open eruption, reference for the clinical treatment of impacted maxillary canine. Methods Twenty nine cases with the same straight wire appliance orthodontic treatment of impacted maxillary canine were selected, divided in-to 2 groups, one group chose the treatment of closed eruption (CE) ,the other group was open eruption(OE) .Using CBCT to analysis the changes of the root length of the impacted maxillary canine and the opposite maxillary canine before and after treatment, measure-ment data using SPSS16.0 software paired t-test. Results All of the root length had become slightly shorter, but there were no signifi-cant differences on the root length of the impacted maxillary canine and the opposite maxillary canine for CE and OE compared with the previous(p〉0.05).Conclusion There were not obvious root resorption of the impacted maxillary canine treated with closed eruption versus open eruption.
