摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟在儿科静脉输液技能培训中的作用。方法:将82名低年资护士随机分成两组,实验组通过情景模拟进行培训,对照组按传统方式培训。两组培训完成后,由同一组教师对参培人员进行临床考核,并调查输液病人满意度。结果:统计分析显示,实验组护士的输液总成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。病人满意度实验组得分94.5±4.7,对照组得分82.6±4.2,两组间有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟法能提高儿科护士的静脉输液综合技能。
Objective To probe the roles of scene simulation in the training of intravenous infusion skills in pediatrics. Methods 82 junior nurses were randomly split into two groups. Members in treatment group were trained in simulated clinical settings, while the control group in conventional modes. At the end of training, nurses will receive a standardized assessment;and the patients’ satisfaction was gathered simultaneously. Results Nurses in treatment group achieved higher grades than the control group (P〈0.05). Patient satisfaction were 94.5±4.7 for the treatment group and 89.6±4.2 for the other, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The introduction of scene simulation in intravenous infusion training proves greatly efficient in improving pediatric nurses of their comprehensive skills.
