Establishment of Animal Model on Mandibular Tooth Movement of Rabbit

摘要 目的:建立兔下颌牙齿移动的动物模型,为研究下颌牙移动提供实验基础。方法:新西兰大白兔12只,分为4组(A、B、C、D),以75gf为初始力使左下颌第一前臼齿向近中移动,分别以A组5日、B组10日、C组15日、D组20日后测量左下颌第一前臼齿移动距离,取左下颌第一前臼齿及其牙周膜牙槽骨标本,脱钙制作切片,苏木精—伊红(Hematoxylin-eosin,HE)染色。结果:12只新西兰大白兔术后与术前相比精神食欲均无明显改变,左下颌第一前臼齿向近中移动,移动速度随时间延长逐渐变缓。切片见压力侧牙周膜明显变窄,多核巨细胞位于牙槽骨表面,未见玻璃样变区;张力侧牙周膜变宽,牙周膜内血管充血扩张。结论:在75gf初始力作用下,10日内牙齿移动快速、稳定,牙齿移动约10日-15日牙周改建活跃。利用新西兰大白兔为实验动物,建立下颌牙移动的模型,用75 gf为初始力能够达到较好移动下颌第一前臼齿的目的,可以应用于研究下颌牙移动的研究中。 Objective:To establish an animal model of tooth movement in mandible in rabbits, providing an experimental base for study of mandibular tooth movement.Methods:12 New Zealand rabbits were chosed and divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, D), The left side mandibular first premolar was moved mesially by initial force of 75gf.After 5 days in group A, 10 days in group B, 15 days in group C, 20 days in group D,the distance of the tooth have moved was measured respectively. Then,the first molar,periodontal mem-brane,alveolar bone was analyzed after decalcification and hematoxylin-eosin staining.Results:The spirit and appetite of 12 New Zea-land rabbits had no significant change in comparison with preoperation.The left mandibular first premolars moved mesially,the speed of tooth movement slows down gradually with time. By microscope, in the pressure side, obvious narrowing of the periodontal liga-ment,multinucleated giant cell on the alveolar bone surface, no glass-like area can be seen;angiectasis in the periodontal ligament of tension side were noticed.Conclusion:Tooth moves fast and stable in first 10 days by initial force of 75gf,after about 10-15 days, peri-odontal rebuilding actively.Using New Zealand rabbits as experimental animals to establish the model of the tooth movement in man-dible is able to achieve the purpose of moving the mandibular first molar by initial force of 75gf.It can be adopt to study the mandibu-lar tooth movement.
