2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶(PMC)的气相色谱分析

Analysis of PMC by Gas Chromatography

本文报道了杀虫剂吡虫啉最主要的中间体2 -氯 -5 -氯甲基吡啶(PMC)的气相色谱分析方法。用1.5m×3mm的玻璃色谱柱 ,内装5%OV -101/ChromosorbW -HP(80 -100目)固定相 ,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯作内标物测定PMC的含量 ,测得其变异系数为0.26%,回收率为99.5%,线性相关系数0.9998。色谱柱能将PMC与杂质及内标物进行很好的分离 ,并进行定量测定。

This paper introduced a method of analyzing 2_chloro_5_chloromethyl pyridine(PMC) for main intermediate of imidacloprid by gas chromatography with 5% OV-101/Chromosorb W-HP(80～100),using diethyl phthalate as internal standard.The results showed that coefficient of variation and linear correlation were 0.26%、0.9998,average recovery was 99.5%.
