圆环约束收缩试验误差判别及消除方法 被引量:1

摘要 圆环试验是测试水泥基材料约束收缩开裂性能的传统方法,近年来不断发展更新,得到更加广泛的应用。通过对圆环试验测试得到钢环内壁应变进行分析,分别对混凝土与钢环接触程度、温度变化、拆模时间、试件密封等问题引起的试验误差进行判别,并分析误差原因及对试验结果的影响程度,给出消除误差的方法。为正确进行试验操作,获得可靠的试验结果提供参考。 Ring test is the traditional method for restrained shrinkage cracking test of cement based materials.In recent years, it gets contin- uous development and more widely used.Based on the analysis of steel ring strains by test, errors from the contact with concrete and steel ring,temperature variation, demold time, seal methods of the specimens were identified,the causes and influence of errors are analyzed, and then the methods to eliminate errors were presented.It is expected to contribute to the proper operation and to obtain reliable test results.
