通风和建筑朝向对混凝土碳化影响的研究——以深圳地区27年建筑为例

摘要 影响混凝土碳化的外界因素主要是温度和湿度,而现实环境中,对温湿度的影响体现为建筑的日照朝向和通风程度。针对已建成27年的深圳大学校园内三栋宿舍危楼(青松斋、翠柏斋、朱槿斋)的钢筋混凝土材料进行了碳化深度的调查和研究。试验分析了现场抽取的78个钢筋混凝土芯样,并结合当地环境条件进行混凝土碳化数据规律分析,探讨了环境因素对混凝土碳化的影响。结果表明:建筑由于日照朝向和通风程度不同,其混凝土碳化程度呈现出规律性的分布。 The external factors that affect the carbonation of concrete are temperature and humidity.In the real environment, temperature and humidity of a structure are mainly affected by sunlight and ventilation.This paper aims at making some durability-related investigation and research for the reinforced concrete materials of the three dangerous buildings (Qingsong Zhai, Cuibai Zhai, Zhujin Zhai ), which were built as student dormitories in Shenzhen University, 1985.In this paper, 78 reinforced concrete core samples which had been extracted from the three dormitories were analyzed in experimental ways.And the environment condition was considered for the data regulation research of the carbonation of concrete.As the result shows, the degree of the concrete carbonation presents regular distribution due to different sun- light and ventilation condition of a structure.
