Effects of sand percentage on the strength of air-entraining fly-ash concrete

摘要 为了研究砂率对粉煤灰引气混凝土性能的影响,对掺量为30%、40%、50%粉煤灰引气混凝土进行了强度试验,获得了混凝土在不同粉煤灰掺量(30%~50%)下,混凝土坍落度和3、7、28d粉煤灰引气混凝土强度的数据。试验数据表明:在一定的范同内,粉煤灰引气混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度,随着砂率的逐渐增大,由逐渐提高向缓慢的降低变化。提出了高掺量粉煤灰引气混凝土合理砂率取值与配合比设计的建议。 In order to study the effects of sand percentage on the strength of air-entraining fly-ash concrete, standard concrete specimens with mixing amount of 30%, 40%, 50% were prepared,compressive strength tests at age of 3,7,28 d were conducted.The experiment results showed that, with increasing sand ratio, the slump, cubic compressive strength of air-entraining fly-ash concrete has the tendency of increas- ing first and then decreasing.The reasonable values of sand ratio and the mixture design method of high volume fly-ash concrete are proposed.
