摘要
为了研究寒冷地区不同粗骨料取代率再生混凝土的抗折强度,共设计了33个不同再生粗骨料取代率(0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%)标准试块进行抗折试验,其中标准棱柱体试件33块。获取了不同粗骨料取代率再生混凝土的抗折强度数据与折断面图片,分析了粗骨料取代率对抗折强度的影响。试验结果表明:寒冷地区再生粗骨料混凝土的抗折强度随再生粗骨料取代率的不同而出现不同的变化,呈现先升后降趋势,其中30%取代率的再生混凝土抗折强度最高,100%取代率的最低。
In order to study the flexural strength of different relacemnet percentages recycled coarse aggregate concrete.33 specimens were designed for the test,which relacemnet percentages recycled coarse aggregate are 0, 10%,20%, 30%,40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%.Ac-cording to the experiment, the flexural strength of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) and fi'acture surface imagesare obtaine, and the influence of relacemnet percentagesrecycled coarse aggregate are analyzed.The results show that the flexural strength of recycled aggregate concrete in cold areas is different change with different relacemnet percentages recycled coarse aggregate, and it first increased and then decreased subsequently.the flexural strength of 30% substitution rate of recycled concrete is the highest, and 100% substitution rate's is the lowest.
