摘要
为研究黄酮类物质在杜仲组织内的积累规律,在杜仲幼果和成熟叶片中获得杜仲黄酮合成相关酶11条,其中差异表达基因8条;获得查尔酮合酶基因(CHS)家族成员3个,EuCHS1和EuCHS2在叶片和幼果表达量存在显著差异,叶片以EuCHS1为主,而果实以EuCHS2为主;查尔酮异构酶基因(EuCHI)和黄烷酮3-羟化酶基因(EuF3H)、类黄酮3’-羟化酶基因(EuF3′H)在叶片和幼果均有表达,但表达量差异未达到显著水平;杜仲黄酮醇合成酶(EuFLS)基因家族有4个成员,叶片以EuFLS3和EuFLS4为主,而果实以EuFLS1和EuFLS2为主。
In order to study the accumulation rule of flavonoids in Eucommia ulmoides tissue, 11 related enzyme genes of flavonoids synthesis pathway were obtained in young fruit and mature leaf of E. ulmoides, and 8 genes were of differential expression gene. EuCHS gene family includes three members, the expression levels of EuCHS1 and EuCHS2 genes in leaf and young fruit have significant differences, and the expression of EuCHS1 in leaf is domination and the expression of EuCHS2 in fruit is domination. EuCHI, EuF3H and EuF3'H express in both leaf and young fruit, but the expression level did not reach to significant level. EuF3H expressed both in leaves and young fruits, but the expression differences did not reach significant level. EuFLS gene family includes four members, the expression of EuFLS3 and EuFLS4 in leaf is domination and the expression of EuFLS1 and EuFLS2 in fruit is domination.
