赤霉芸苔素对红地球葡萄生长发育的影响

Effects of gibberellic brassinolide on growth and development of Red Globe Grape

为研究红地球葡萄的最佳赤霉芸苔素用量,以设施地球葡萄为试材,进行叶面喷施80、50、33 mg/L质量浓度赤霉芸苔素的试验,在红地球葡萄不同生长期调查并测定各项指标,对测量数据进行分析和总结。结果表明:喷施赤霉芸苔素效果最好的质量浓度为50 mg/L,其纵径生长比对照提高19.46%,横径生长比对照提高了23.53%;果实单质量比对照提高61.9%;固形物含量比对照分别提高43.95%;果粒生长硬度比对照提高59.19%。同时赤霉芸苔素对提高果实品质及生长速率有明显作用,处理后光合作用与对照均有一定差异。该药剂对红地球葡萄果粒增大效果显著。

In order to research the best dosage of gibberellic brassinolide on Red Globe Grape, taking Globe Grape under facility cultivation as test materials, the tests of foliar application were done by 80, 50, 33 mg/L mass concentration of gibberellic brassinolide, each indexes were investigated and determined at different growth period of Red Globe Grape, and the measured data were analyzed and summarized. The results show that the effect of spraying 50 mg/L gibberellic brassinolide is the best, the increment of longitudinal diameter is 19.46% higher than the control, and the increment of transverse diameter is 23.53% higher than those of the control. Compared with the control, single fruit mass is increased by 61.9%, solids content is increased by 43.95%, and fruit hardness is increased by 59.19%. At the same time, gibberellic brassinolide has obvious effects on improving quality and growth rate of fruit, the photosynthesis of the plants treated has a certain difference with the control. Gibberellic brassinolide has significant effects on increasing fruit size of Red Globe Graoe.
