摘要
为给今后的研究和生产提供参考,利用LZD-1000型离子注入机对伞树种子进行离子注入处理,研究离子注入对伞树幼苗叶绿素含量的影响,并进行了相关分析。结果表明:经N和Ti 2种离子注入后,伞树幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及总量均呈现出相似的变化趋势,符合"存活率—剂量"关系式,验证了"马鞍型"存活曲线,N离子源效果更好。
In order to provide a reference for research and production in the future, ions were implanted into Acacia saligna seed by using LZD-1000 ion implanter, effects of ion implantation on chlorophyll content in A. saligna seedlings was researched and their correlation was analyzed. The results indicate that after N and Ti ions are implanted, quantity of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in A. saligna seedlings show a similar change trend, according with the relation of survival rate-dosage. The saddle type of survival curve is verified, and the N ion source has better effect.
