摘要
天津第一中心医院工会在构建和谐医院中,发挥了桥梁和纽带作用,通过稳步推进民主管理,实行院务公开,进一步提升了全院职工的主人翁责任感和参政水平,在医疗指标快速增长、经济管理结构日趋合理、科研教学能力明显增强、职工待遇逐年提高、便民服务方便群众、积极承担公立医院社会责任等方面,取得了突出的工作业绩,提升了医院的综合实力。
The trade union of Tianjin first center hospital is the bridge and joint in the process of constructing a harmonious hospital through the following steps which are to promote the democratic administration,to make the affair of hospital to the public,to enhance the staff's responsibility as an owner and their political levels,to lift the medical standard,to rationalize the economic administrative structure,to strengthen the staff's ability to scientific research,to improve the staff's treatment,to make service for masses more convenient,and to take corresponding social responsibility as a public hospital. Through all of steps above,we had prominent achievement and enhance the comprehensive ability.
