We Should Insist and Promote to Three Pieces of Basic Experience——On Researching Investigation on the Situation of the Trade Union of Our City,Our Streets and our Suburbs

本市乡镇街工会工作,已初步形成如下一些基本经验:一是扩增工会组织区域覆盖面需要拓展建会思路;二是切实履行基本职责需要完善机制建设;三是增强工会组织活力需要加强载体建设。

We have had some experiences about the work of the trade union of our city, our streets, and our suburbs by now. The first one is that we need to develop our idea about the construction of trade union and to expand the area of trade union. The second one is to perfect our systematical construction by carrying out the responsibility. The third one is to strengthen carrier construction by enhancing the vitality of the trade union.
