摘要
我国目前正处于武器装备维护保障体系建设的关键时期,研究国外军用自动测试系统的发展,对于我国武器装备信息化建设具有重要的现实意义。从军用自动测试系统的发展历史、技术现状和发展趋势等方面入手,指出现有通用测试系统的特点和不足,介绍了下一代自动测试系统研制的总体目标以及我国自动测试系统研究需要解决的主要问题和掌握的主要关键技术。
At present, our country is in the critical period for constructing the supporting and main- taining systems of weapon equipments. The studying of the development of automatic test systems of foreign countries plays an important role in the information construction of our country armaments. This article described the development history, state - of - art and development trend of automatic test systems, pointed out the features and inadequacy of the currently used generic testing systems, and introduced the general target and typical cases for the development of the next generation of au- tomatic testing systems, the development of Chinag auto test system research needs to solve and mas- ter the key technology.
