摘要 伴随着辊式磨煤机在煤粉等物料粉磨系统中的广泛应用,其磨辊、磨盘的磨损问题也日益显著。磨煤机部件的切削磨损,使得磨辊磨盘之间的间隙加大,导致设备运行效率下降,使用一段时间就需要检修、更换。现在普遍采取的方法是对原有磨辊进行表面堆焊修复,但修复三次就不能再次堆焊使用而报废,造成大量人力、物料的消耗,增加了煤磨系统的使用成本。因此,研制同时具备良好冲击韧性和坚固耐磨性的新型磨辊势在必行。 Roller coal mill has been widely used for significant energy-saving effect. However, the abrasion problem of roller and grinder is increasingly prominent for this system. Overhaul or replacement is needed frequently for the low operational efficiency induced by cutting abrasion and larger gap between roller and grinder. The surfacing is the re- paired operation used frequently. Very likely the roller would be useless after three surfacing. A lot of manpower and material resources will be consumed and the cost of coal mill system also increases along with it. Consequently, it is urgent to develop new type roller with excellent ductility and abrasion-resistance performance.
