基于L4960的直流稳压电源控制电路设计

摘要 采用太阳能供电的区域自动站,由太阳能电池板产生直流电,经电源控制模块变压后,一路为蓄电池充电,另一路输出稳定的电压为其他用电模块供电。其中的电源控制模块通常采用串联调整稳压电源,该电源属于传统的线性稳压电源,流过调整管的电流是连续的,管子总是工作在放大区,承受短路和过载的能力差,电路效率低。本文设计了一个以开关电源芯片L4960为核心的Buck变换器,转换效率高、电流大、波纹系数小、稳定性高,适用于区域自动气象站电源模块的开发应用。 The regional automatic station that adopts solar power supply generates direct current by the solar panel. After changing the voltage through power control module, one circuit is used for charging storage battery, the other one outputs stable voltage to supply the power for other modules. This power supply belongs to the traditional linear stabilized power supply. Because the current in the transistor is continuous and it always works in the amplifier region, the capability of undertaking short-circuit and overload is poor and the circuit efficiency is low. This paper designs a Buck converter based on the L4960 power switch chip as the core with the features of high conversion efficiency,large current, small ripple coefficient and high stability, which is applied in the development of power supply module for regional automatic weather station.
