欧盟加拿大经济贸易协定的影响与中国对策

The Main Effects of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between EU and Canada and China's Countermeasures

2013年10月欧盟和拿大经济贸易协定谈判的原则性协议的达成,标志着两个发达经济体双边自由贸易区即将形成,它必然会对世界经济发展格局,特别是对欧盟、北美和中国的对外贸易生产巨大的影响。本文在回顾总结CETA谈判的背景、历程、主要内容和重大影响之后认为,中国应该积极参与中美和中欧经贸战略对话和多边贸易谈判,调整对外经济开发战略和国内产业结构,妥善处理中国对外贸易争端,优化中国对外经济开放环境,才能更好应对CETA对中国带来的长期影响。

The main rules of the comprehensive economic and trade agreement （CETA） were be built by EU and Canada in October of 2013. The rules show that the free trade area between the two developed economics will come into being. After review of the background, history, contents and main effects of CETA, this paper gives some suggestions including effectively taking part in negotiation, adjusting open-door policy strategies and domestic industry structures, peacefully dealing with Chinese trade dispute and building friendship international economic environment.
