坦克炮塔转动惯量测量方案设计

摘要 根据刚体的定轴转动定律和电机电流扭矩特性,研究了一种间接计算坦克炮塔转动惯量的方法,设计了炮塔电机的特性测定方案和炮塔角速度与电机电流的动态同步测量方案.应用该方案通过对试验室中某一炮塔的试验测定与分析,得到转动惯量相对误差为12.01%,证明该方法是可行的.该方案的特点是将不易获得的大型非均质不规则刚体转动惯量转化为系统中易于获得的电流和角速度的测量,提高了测量精度和效率. According to the fixed axis rotation law of rigid body and the characteristics of motor current and torque, an indirect calculation method of tank turret rotation inertia is investigated. A measurement scheme of turret motor characteristics is designed as well as a synchronous measurement scheme of the turret dynamic angular velocity and motor current is proposed. In this method, the rotation inertia of some large inhomogeneous and irregular rigid body that are not easy to be measured is translated into the measurement of the turret angular velocity and motor current which are easy to be obtained in gun control system. The measurement precision and efficiency are improved. The measurement error of the rotation inertia is 12. 01 percent after testing and analyzing a turret in the laboratory. This method is proved to be feasible.
