摘要
为了寻找适宜于建筑企业多项目管理的组织结构类型,采用时效与时效熵、质量与质量熵、适应度与变化熵3种模型分析了直线型组织结构的有序度,并探讨了普通矩阵型组织结构的缺点,提出并研究了改进矩阵型低熵组织结构。分析表明:直线型及普通矩阵型组织结构因其结构弊端和高熵性,均不能满足多项目施工组织的需要,而改进矩阵型低熵组织结构具有较高的有序度,能更好地满足多项目管理的要求。基于研究结果提出评价施工企业多项目管理组织结构的科学合理性建议,即全面衡量、综合考虑之后选取一种最合适的组织结构。研究成果可为类似项目的组织管理提供参考。
In order to find a structure more suitable for multiple project management of construction enterprise, three models including timeliness and timeliness entropy, quality and quality entropy, and fitness and entropy change were used to analyze the order of the linear structure. The shortcoming of the common matrix structure was discussed. An improved matrix structure with low entropy was proposed. The analysis shows that both the linear model and the common matrix structure cannot meet the needs of the multi-project construction management for its structural defects and high entro- py. The improved matrix structure with low entropy has high degree of order and can meet the re- quirements of the multi-project management better. Based on the analysis results, the scientific and reasonable suggestions were putted forward. The most appropriate structure should be adopted after comprehensive measures and consideration. The results of research can provide a reference for similar projects in organization management.
