摘要
快堆设计中充分考虑冗余设计,因此一些冗余设备会有自动切换的要求。还会出现成套设备(几个电气控制设备共同完成一个功能,缺一不可)间有自动切换要求,成套设备内有联锁动作顺序要求。针对这种控制较为复杂、设备间存在联锁的控制要求的设计,在充分考虑安全性、稳定性及人因等多方面要求的情况下进行设计开发工作。设计中采用电气传动、软件编程、上位开发三方面设计多重联锁、综合考虑的方式。经过硬件层次和软件层次的综合设计,最大限度的提高了设备的安全性,系统运行的可靠性。在快堆运行期间,自动切换功能正常,设备运行良好。
Redundant design is fully considered in CEFR design, so some redundant equipment will have automatic switching requirements. Acomplete set of equipment (several electric control equipments)will fulfill a function together and indispensably. In design of such complex control requirements with interlock between equipments, safety, stability and human factors, as well as many other requirements shall be fully considered for the design and development work. Multiple interlocks between electric drive, software programming and host computer, and comprehensive considerations shall be adopted in design. Through comprehensive design integrated with hardware and software, the safety of equipment, and reliability of systems are improved to a maximum degree. In operation of fast reactor, automatic switching functions properly, and equipment runs well.
