This paper proposes a design scheme of mobile video surveillance system based on Windows Mo： bile. The architecture of the entire video surveillance system is introduced and the key technology for im- plementing the video surveillance on the mobile platforms is discussed. The implement of a wireless mobile video surveillance is the major concern. Experimental results and application effect of the system show the validity of the design scheme.
