摘要
对于快堆热工水力和仪控系统设计人员来讲,中间热交换器建模仿真十分重要。本文针对中间热交换器采用Matlab/Simulink软件,建立了一种仿真模型,包括两种稳态计算方法和瞬态计算模型。两种稳态模型分别为"等节距"、"等换热量"方法,两种稳态计算方法得出的结果差别很小,出口温度计算值与实际值差别最大为3K。在各节段上建立能量守恒微分方程组,从而建立了瞬态计算模型。并且,在一回路流量衰减工况下对中间热交换器内部一、二回路温度变化进行了计算,计算结果较好。
Modeling and simulation of intermediate heat exchangers (IHX) is very important for designers of the thermal-hydraulic and I&C system of liquid metal fast breeder reactor plant (LMFBR). In this paper, a model composed of steady state algorithm and transient state model is developed for IHXs' analysis using Matlab/ Simulink software. The steady state algorithm includes two approaches, i.e. equal segment length and equal heat transfer methods. The difference of temperature distribution calculated from both approaches is little in direction of IHXs' length. The maximum difference between actual outlet temperature and calculated one is about 3K. On every segment, ordinary form of energy conversation equations are established, and so transient state model is developed. Loss of primary flow transient is simulated to evaluate this model, and it operates well.
