摘要
ANSYS是国际通用的大型有限元分析软件,具备管道应力计算的功能。SYSPIPE是法国FRAMATOME公司开发的专用于核级管道系统的应力计算和分析程序。利用ANSYS与SYSPIPE对核2级管道承受自重、内压、热膨胀、地震等载荷进行计算对比,选用RCC-M设计规范进行应力分析和评定。结果表明,ANSYS可以替代SYSPIPE对核级管道进行应力分析。
The ANSYS finite element analysis software has been used in various industries in the world. It has the capability of piping stress computation. French FRAMATOM E has developed the program of SYSPIPE which is dedicated to the nuclear piping system stress calculation and analysis. The stress computation of various load conditions under the dead weight, internal pressure, thermal expansion, earthquake are accomplished in nuclear piping of class 2 by the ANSYS and SYSPIPE program. Then according to the RCC-M codes, the stress assess is carried out. The results show that ANSYS can replace SYSPIPE in nuclear piping stress analysis.
